Lately, as you can see, I've been drawing with colored pencils, a technique that I knew as a child, like everyone else, I suppose, but that I had forgotten for years and curiously I recently rediscovered thanks to my two-year old son.
I like the colored pencils because I have a great control over details and colors, which can be very pure. Somehow it's like a combination of graphite pencil and oils techniques, with whom I have worked extensively during this recent years.
Currently, I work with the colored pencils Faber Castell's Polychromos, combined with some Derwents, mostly on paper and Bristol Lana, very glossy.
